1. Ronddwalen door de straten van het centrum
Laat je leiden door de straatjes die je er leuk uit vindt zien en laat je verrassen door de mooie piazzas (pleinen), standbeelden en gebouwen die je tegenkomt (het zijn er zoveel)!

2. Eet gelato
Italiaans ijs (gelato) is geweldig! Het smaakt zo goed, dat ik het elke dag wel zou kunnen eten (maar dat is misschien niet zo'n goed idee)! Hier in Turijn hebben ze een speciale smaak, die je waarschijnlijk nergens anders tegenkomt: gianduiotto, een chocola gemaakt van suiker, cacao en hazelnoot (Je zou er ook een gewoon chocolaatje van moeten proberen, want wow, deze zijn lekker! Te vinden in één van de vele chocolaterias). Wij hebben drie verschillende gelaterias geprobeerd en onze favoriet was Alberto Marchetti (bijvoorbeeld die op de via Po). Onze favoriete ijssmaak was nocciola, of hazelnoot. Zo lekker!

Je kunt heel goed shoppen in Turijn, aangezien het er stikt van de winkels. Goede winkelstraten zijn Via Garibaldi, Via Roma (meer duurdere merken) en Via po. Ik heb mezelf goed ingehouden en kocht alleen deze superleuke tas bij Zizú (Via Garibaldi).

Het automuseum is een erg leuk museum om te bezoeken. Er zijn vele grappige en mooie auto's te zien. Van hele oude (die nog niet eens op auto's leken) tot hedendaagse auto's en de auto van de toekomst. Het is een interactief museum waar je makkelijk een paar uur in kunt doorbrengen. Zelfs leuk als je niet echt van auto's houdt.

Voor 5-10 euro heb je een drankje met of zonder alcohol met traditionele hapjes. Erg leuk om deze uit te proberen!
8. De markt Porta Palazzo bekijken
Een van de grootste market in Europa, welke elke zaterdag wordt gehouden. Er is superveel te zien/te kopen. Je kunt er stands vinden met veel verschillende dingen: van voedsel tot huishoudelijke spullen tot kleding en accessoires
Italian icecream (gelato) is the best! It tastes so good I wish I could eat it everyday (but that's not a good idea)! Here in Turin, they have a special flavor you'll probably never find anywhere else: gianduiotto, a chocolate made of suger, cacao and hazelnut (You should also just try this chocolate, there are lots of chocolaterias and it's goood!). Turin is a really good city to go shopping, because there are loods of shops. Good streets to go shopping are Via Garibaldi, Via Roma and Via Po. I restrained myself well and only bought this supernice bag at Zizú (@ Via Garibaldi, €29,95).

Zelfs als je geen enorme voetbalfan bent is het hartstikke leuk om zo'n stadion eens van binnen te zien (inclusief de kleedkamers, perskamer, etc..).

9. Eten bij 'I Tartufi'
Dit restaurant/deze bistro is gespecialiseerd in truffels. We hebben een heerlijke pasta en risotto op met zwarte truffel en het was heel erg lekker. Ook de tiramisú was echt heerlijk! 'I Tartufi' is te vinden in Via Carlo Alberto, een straat waar veel restaurantjes en barretjes zitten die er ook goed uitzagen.

This restaurant/bistro is specialized in truffles. We had a very nice pasta and risotto with black truffle, and it was really nice. The tiramisú was very good as well! 'I Tartufi' is located on via Carlo Alberto, a street with lots of other bars/restaurant etc. that looked good as well.

Als het lekker weer is, is het echt superleuk om door dit enorme park (dat naast de Po ligt) te wandelen of te chillen. Ook hier zijn weer grote gebouwen te vinden. Daarnaast hebben ze een speelattributen voor kinderen en vele lokaal-typische tentjes waar je iets kunt eten en/of drinken.

If the weather is good, it's very nice to walk around this enormous park (that's located next to the Po) or just to relax somewhere on the grass. Also, in this park you can find huge buidlings once again. You can also find a playground for children and lots of local-tipical joints where you can eat and/or drink something.

Als je van koffie houdt, moet je absoluut het traditionele Bicerin-drankje proberen. Het bestaat uit espresso (koffie), chocolade en verse room, meestal met slagroom erbovenop.
