4 weeks without milk
I went to the doctor monday to tell him about my stomach aches. He told me that I might have lactose intolerance and that I should try not to eat or drink any lactose for 4 weeks to see if I'm lactose intolerant. So that means no milk, no cheese for this cheeselover, no icecream and lots of "no more's" for me. I'm a little bit sad about that, because there are so many delicious things with lactose or milk as an ingredient. It had just been a couple of days now, but now I see. It must be pretty hard if you're lactose intolerant. I'm looking at this as a challenge and a way to experience how it is to be lactose-intolerant. Wish me luck!
